Is this the most bizarre free-kick routine ever?

Football News

Most teams put the hours in on the training ground, often in the hope of perfecting that set-piece routine that will pay dividends down the line.

But Thai side Muangthong United obviously haven't put too much thought into this effort.

Granted it's one of the most innovative, but it's also one of the most crazy and ultimately pointless free-kick routines you will have ever seen.

With the game delicately poised at 0-0, Muangthong took the opportunity to use this pre-season match to test out their latest set-play.

It's hard to do justice to something so ludicrous, so it's best if you just watch the video and see for yourself.

A truly baffling attempt - high on ingenuity, low on quality.

Credit must go to for the video, a great find.
