Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp says he has no interest in losing either of his goalkeepers, amid reports that Julio Cesar is a transfer target for Arsenal and Manchester United.

The Sun claimed earlier this week that Arsenal and Manchester United are both making checks on Cesar as each club considers recruiting an experienced No.1 shot-stopper.

Redknapp, however, will not consider selling Cesar - even if Arsenal or Manchester United make a formal approach - and also wants to contain the services of second-choice gloveman Green.

"I don't want to sell Cesar or Green. They're two good quality keepers. They're our backbone. We need to keep them here," Redknapp told a press conference on Friday.

"Cesar is a top keeper and you can understand why people would want him, but we've not had any enquiries."

Manchester United have been linked with a number of goalkeepers as doubts continue about David de Gea's long-term future at Old Trafford.

The Spaniard was lambasted for his part in Tottenham's equalising goal against Manchester United last weekend, and Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly ready to make a loss on him.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are also reportedly planning to recruit another goalkeeper to put pressure on Wojciech Szczesny, and have been linked with a bid for Liverpool's Pepe Reina.
