Video: Fabregas stars in Spanish beer advert

Barcelona superstar Cesc Fabregas has shown his ability off the pitch, staring in a new advert for Spanish beer company Estrella Damm.

The 25-year-old central midfielder has been a hit at the Nou Camp since returning to his boyhood club from Arsenal in 2011, and his position as one of the nation’s most-recognised faces has been cemented with this latest commercial appearance.

Fabregas is seen on a boat with chef Hideki Matsuhisa at the start of the advert, and then helps reel-in some prawns alongside the other crew members.

Bottles of Estrella are then pulled out from below, whilst Matsuhisa makes some sushi for Fabregas and his ‘colleagues’ to try.

A buoy is then pulled out from the sea and turned into a football for a quick game of keep-ups, but it all ends in disaster as the ball is whacked back into the ocean!

Another great find from 101 Great Goals – enjoy the video and let us know what your favourite footballer-related advert is…
