West Brom star Romelu Lukaku hopes Marouane Fellaini is there to greet him when he returns to Chelsea after his loan spell.

Lukaku is currently starring for the Baggies during his season-long loan and he hopes the reports linking Fellaini with a Stamford Bridge switch are true.

The 19-year-old is an international teammate of the Everton midfielder and sees future Chelsea successes being built on a nucleus of young Belgian stars.

Blues owner Roman Abramovich has already purchased a few Belgians and Lukaku is hoping to play alongside another compatriot.

Fellaini has been linked numerous times with a £30million move to Chelsea, though the west Londoners are not the only Premier League big boys interested.

speaking to Belgian televisionLukaku was when he voiced the desire to wear the Chelsea shirt alongside his international teammates.

He will be watching from the sidelines when his paymasters play West Brom on Saturday due to the conditions of his loan deal and says he hopes for a Baggies’ win, though not because of Chelsea sending him away for a season.

In fact, Lukaku insists he is looking forward to moving back to Stamford Bridge once his temporary move ends.

he said.“I have no feelings of revenge, but hope that I can soon return to Chelsea,”

“If I can play together with my compatriots like Eden Hazard, Kevin De Bruyne, Thibaut Courtois and maybe even Marouane Fellaini, we will certainly have fun."

The former Anderlecht star also revealed staff at the west London club were regularly in contact with him and giving him pointers on what he needed to improve on in training.

Lukaku has been in good form this season for Steve Clark’s side, already scoring 12 times in the Premier League.
