Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness branded the Bundesliga leaders 'rubbish' after their 2-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday.

An impressive Arsenal levelled the tie at 3-3 thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny, but Bayern scraped through courtesy of their three away goals from the first leg.

Manchester United winger Nani is determined to prove his value to the club by leading them to a Premier League and FA Cup double this season.
