Ronaldinho is one of the finest creative talents ever to grace a football field.

Today, the two-time FIFA World Player of the Year celebrates his 33rd birthday. So, in true Samba style, GiveMeFootball has decided to commemorate one of the game's modern greats by taking a walk down memory lane, and looking back at his best goals over the past 15 years.

Playing with a smile on his face since 1998, the Brazilian playmaker's career kicked off at Gremio in his homeland, before a host of Europe's biggest clubs came calling for the prodigious young talent.

A two-year spell in France with Paris Saint-Germain introduced the South American to life on another continent, before significantly more successful spells in Spain and Italy at Barcelona and AC Milan.

With Barca, Ronaldinho won his first Champions League trophy in 2006, as well as the FIFA Ballon d'Or award the previous year. And, during his time at Camp Nou, the attacking midfielder had a notable influence on the world's current best player, Lionel Messi, taking the little Argentine under his wing as he continued his development at La Masia.

After a few injury plagued seasons, and some off-field controversies, Ronaldinho moved to the San Siro, where he proved that there was still an insane amount of ability in his boots, with more trademark skills and silky tricks on show against resolute Serie 'A' defences.

He returned to his native Brazil in 2011/12, when he signed for Flamengo, and is now seeing out his playing days with Atletico Mineiro in the Brasileirao.
