The 23-year-old Senegalese international has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, but was reluctant to discuss where he thinks he'll end up playing in 2013/14.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been credited with an interest in Kouyate's services in the past, but it's unclear whether he will look to bring him to the Emirates Stadium when the transfer window reopens in July, despite the player's burning ambition to sign for Arsenal.
"I like Arsenal because they play good football," he confirmed. "There have been enquiries before, but nothing happened.
"I do not want to say where I am going, but this will be my last season with Anderlecht. Until I leave, I will continue to give 100 per cent."
Arsenal are well-stocked in central defence with Laurent Koscielny, Per Mertesacker and Thomas Vermaelen currently vying for the two starting spots in Wenger's line-up, while Johan Djourou is currently on loan with Bundesliga outfit Hannover 96.
If the Gunners did renew interest in Kouyate, though, they would likely face stiff competition for his signature with Borussia Dortmund, Zenit St Petersburg and Anzhi Makhachkala all believed to be monitoring the player's situation.
