For a team maligned for having a poor season, a 15 game unbeaten streak this term isn't something to be sniffed at.

From the first day of the season right the way through until December City didn't lose a game.

Sadly for them, when the time came to lose it was against fierce rivals Manchester United - a defeat sealed by a last-gasp Robin van Persie free-kick. To make matters worse it marked their first home defeat since December 2010.

Since then City's form has been much more variable; of their 14 subsequent games they've lost three and drawn two.
