Jose Mourinho has reportedly shown his Real Madrid players highlights of Tottenham's Europa League clash with Inter Milan - in an attempt to warn them against complacency when they take on Galatasaray tonight.

Madrid earned a 3-0 advantage in their Champions League quarter-final 1st leg tie against Galatasaray last week, and go into the second leg in Istanbul as heavy favourites to book a spot in the semi-finals.

However, according to reports in Spain, Mourinho is keen to avoid his side underestimating their opponents and slipping to an unlikely defeat, so decided to show them highlights of Spurs' almost disastrous Europa League tie against his former side Inter Milan.

Tottenham claimed a 3-0 advantage in the first leg on home soil in the last-16 tie last month, but almost threw it all away as Inter scored three times at the San Siro to take the game into extra-time.

Emmanuel Adebayor prodded home to give his side a crucial advantage but Inter came back and scored again, leaving a tense Tottenham to see out extra-time and narrowly progress to the semi-finals on away goals.

Mourinho confirmed that his side had watched a video of another European tie in preparation for their game tonight, and although he refused to name which one, confirmed the home side had won the first leg 3-0 as Spurs did against Inter.

"Hopefully there will be no over confidence," he said. "We are preparing seriously for a difficult game.

"During the meeting this morning we watched a game where a team won 3-0 in the first leg and still could have lost out."
