Manchester United will reportedly be contested by Inter Milan in their pursuit of Anderlecht striker David Henen, dubbed the 'Belgian Cristiano Ronaldo', with both clubs considering summer bids for the teenager.
According to talkSPORT, Inter have been monitoring the situation of Henen in recent months, and the Italian giants could now rival Manchester United for the signature of the forward, who is aged only 16.
The reported interest of Manchester United Henen dates back to last season, and Sir Alex Ferguson is considering reigniting his interest in the summer transfer window, while the player struggles to break into the Anderlecht first-team.
Henen signed professional terms with Anderlecht last year but, at present, has his path into John van den Brom's senior side blocked by the likes of Matias Suarez and Dieumerci Mbokani.
It is claimed Henen could be encouraged to leave Anderlecht this summer in pursuit of more regular senior action, although the £3 million-rated is unlikely to achieve this if he opts for a move to Old Trafford.
Manchester United already have the likes of Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez and their disposal, although Henen may abandon his hopes of first-team action should a club of the Premier League leaders' stature make a move to sign him.
