Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have differing injury worries ahead of their Premier League clash at White Hart Lane on Sunday.

Roberto Mancini is sweating over the fitness of key men Sergio Aguero and David Silva ahead of the crucial clash.

Aguero was withdrawn at half-time in the win over Wigan Athletic on Wednesday after feeling a tightness in his hamstring.

The Argentine had only just returned from injury to be match-winner in the derby victory over Manchester United on Monday of last week.

Silva picked up his own hamstring injury in that game and has not played since, with the trip to north London perhaps coming too soon for him.

Gareth Bale will be fitMeanwhile, Andre Villas-Boas in confident talisman for the Premier League champions.

Many people feared the Welshman would be out for some time after he went over his ankle awkwardly in the Europa League clash with Basel.

However, the Spurs boss revealed Bale had been in training all week and thinks he should be ready to play on Sunday.
