Iranian third division manager fails in referee attack

An elderly manager in the third tier of Iranian football has been caught on camera losing the plot post-match.

The gentleman, thought to be in his 50s or 60s, is first seen pushing his opposite number after the final whistle of a seemingly quite important match.

He then removes his jacket and looks set to go toe-to-toe with the boss of the victors.

However, the footage then cuts to the manager chasing the referee around the pitch and swinging wild punches at the man in the middle.

Fortunately for the official, the manager is anything but accurate with his haymakers, missing wildly and embarrassing himself – seemingly for our enjoyment.
