Jupp Heynckes has left Bayern Munich in a near perfect state for Pep Guardiola as he takes over the club from next season.
Mario Gotze has also moved to the Bavarians from Borussia Dortmund, but missed out on playing in the Champions League final due to injury.
Robert Lewandowski could join Gotze at Bayern from Dortmund as his agent confirmed that the Polish striker's move to Bayern is imminent. Bayern are one of the most well-drilled sides in Europe and could complete a treble this season if they win the German Cup.
Bayern's young defender Holger Badstuber suffered a 10-month injury setback this season and could return to the side midway into next season. Goal.com reported that Bayern made an enquiry for Laurent Koscielny of Arsenal and he could join the Bavarian club. Arjen Robben could leave the club even after scoring the winner in the Champions League final.
Mario Gomez is also likely to leave the club next season as he is looking for regular first-team football and the arrival of Lewandowski will make him go lower down the pecking order. Daniel Van Buyten, Claudio Pizarro and Anatoliy Tymoshchuk are all over 34 years of age and could end their careers in the near future.
