Some Miami Heat fans learnt a valuable lesson on Tuesday night - never give up on your team!

Down five points with less than 30 seconds left, Heat fans headed for the exits in their droves as the San Antonio Spurs looked set to win Game 6, and with it the NBA Championship.

But, hey, not so fast. LeBron James hit a quick three-pointer, before Ray Allen hit another from beyond the arc to take the game to overtime with just five ticks to go. And then, guess what, the Heat only went and won, forcing a Game 7.

It was incredible stuff - one of the best NBA Finals games ever. And some fans, who paid big bucks for the right to see it, were stood outside the stadium!

The roar that went up when Allen's shot dropped obviously got their attention, and several returned from the parking lot to try to get back in.

No luck though, and they were forced to watch it on a TV inside the club shop pressed up against the glass window. Oh dear.
