We've seen him bust out the moves in the Premier League, so it was no surprise to see Emmanuel Adebayor get straight up on stage for a dance-off when given the chance.

At Michael Essien's Game of Hope in Ghana this week, Adebayor, along with Michael Ballack, Djbril Cisse and Essien himself went head-to-head in a friendly dance-off.

On those (admittedly rare) occasions when Adebayor found the net last season, the Spurs striker wasn't shy to show off his dance floor skills. And he steals the show here, outshining his Premier League rivals - with the possible exception of Cisse.

It was all for a great cause - ¢20,000 was donated to four charities supported by the event attended by the President of Ghana and organised by Essien.

Chelsea past and present were strongly represented, with Ballack and Essien joined by Florent Malouda, Ricardo Carvalho, Geremi and youngsters Jamal Blackman and Jeffrey Bruma.
