The agent of Barcelona target Thiago Silva claims no bids have been tabled for the Paris Saint-Germain defender, reports Sky Sports.

The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Parc des Princes this summer, after an impressive debut season with the Ligue 1 champions.

Barca boss Tito Vilanova has been credited with an interest in bringing the Brazil international to Camp Nou ahead of the 2013/14 campaign, but Silva's representative, Paulo Tonietto insists that he is yet to receive any formal enquiries for his client.

"There has been no official contact," Tonietto told French publication Journal du Dimanche

"Thiago is happy in Paris and will remain there. His future is at PSG."

The former AC Milan star is currently back in his homeland on international duty with Brazil at the Confederations Cup, but that has done little to quell constant speculation surrounding his future.

With Carlo Ancelotti's time at PSG also looking like coming to an end, rumours have escalated that Silva could follow the man that brought him to France out of the club, to continue his career elsewhere.
