You're 19 years old, you've only played a handful of games for the Internacional senior team, and you've just scored your first ever goal.

The adrenaline is pumping, you can't believe it and you want to celebrate in the most extravagant way possible - a backflip. This doesn't end well.

Poor Maurides. The teenage forward scored his first professional goal for Internacional this week, but was stretchered off the pitch just seconds later after tweaking his knee doing a backflip.

I'm not sure what would be more painful - the injured knee or the wounded pride.

The Internacional doctor is hopeful he'll recover quickly, and his team didn't suffer too much - winning the Copa do Brasil third-round tie against América MG 3-1.
