In the latest addition of Rio Ferdinand’s ‘tour diary’, the Manchester United centre back gives a behind the scenes look at two players ‘relaxing’ in an Australian hotel room.

Full-back Alex Buttner and rising star Adnan Januzaj go head-to-head on FIFA ’13 in Sydney, as the duo enjoy some down time away from the spotlight on their pre-season tour.

Ferdinand, who is known to be a fan of the EA Sports game, is filming the action, and certainly has a laugh along with Januzaj after the young Belgian strikes a blow against his opponent.

Luckily for all involved, the goalscorer was representing Manchester United on the game, with Real Madrid the victims in the hands of Buttner.

The video is the latest sneak peak posted by Ferdinand, who is giving fans a close look at what it’s really like to be on a global pre-season tour.

David Moyes' side travelled to Thailand, then Australia as part of their preparations for the new season. They are still to visit Japan, Hong Kong and Sweden.
