The Championship returns this weekend, and it will be fittingly kicked off with a lunchtime encounter between two of the football league's founding members, in a repeat fixture from last year's opening day.
Both Burnley and Bolton were amongst those 12 clubs to participate in the very first football league season, 125 years ago. A lot has changed in that time, but the rivalry between these Lancashire towns is still massive.
Quite remarkably, the managers of the two clubs have been in their posts for almost identical periods. Dougie Freedman was given the Bolton job on October 23rd 2012, exactly a week before Sean Dyche was announced as the new man in charge at Burnley.
Therefore, this pre-season has been the first for both managers at the helm of their respective clubs, giving them the chance to make signings and build towards the future.
For the hosts, new arrivals David Jones and Tom Heaton are pushing for starts at Turf Moor. Meanwhile, Jermaine Beckford may also make a league debut for Bolton.
Dougie Freedman's side have one notable absentee in Stuart Holden. The midfielder's luck with injury continues to haunt him, following the knee injury picked up during the USA's recent Gold Cup campaign.
This is the fourth consecutive season that the Clarets have begun a season at home, and they are unbeaten on their last three opening days. Almost 12 months on, this match will again be the first Championship fixture of the year fixture for both teams.
Last August, a 2-0 win for Burnley was helped by a goal from Charlie Austin. However, last season's top scorer has now departed for QPR, leaving Dyche's side searching for a different attacking threat.
