Barcelona are ready to make a shock move for Real Madrid legend Iker Casillas, according to The Express.

Casillas, who has made 654 appearances for Real Madrid, could yet make a move to their great rivals.

The Spanish goalkeeper, who has also been linked with a move to Premier League duo Arsenal and Chelsea, has become increasingly frustrated at the Bernabeu.

The keeper has seen himself drop in the pecking order at Real and was an unused substitute in Carlo Ancelotti's first La Liga game against Real Betis last weekend.

And, Spanish TV programme Tika-Taka, who showed footage of Casillas refusing to take part in Real's warm-up, believe there will be a meeting with Barcelona's president Sandro Rossell and sporting director Andoni Zubizaretta over the potential signing of the star.

Casillas' frustration in Madrid could lead to one of the most surprising transfers of the summer and would certainly not go down well with fans of Real.
