Argentinian full-back Zabaleta has become synonymous with the blue of Manchester City in recent years. Since his move from La Liga outfit Espanyol in 2008, the 28-year-old's energetic and tenacious performances have earned him cult status among City fans.
Yet despite his popularity with the club's support, elsewhere Zabaleta still doesn't appear to receive the credit his consistency indisputably merits.
