Bayern Munich v Chelsea: Predicted line-up

Football News

Europa League holders Chelsea take on Champions League winners Bayern Munich in tonight's UEFA Super Cup clash at the Eden Arena in Prague.

In a re-run of the 2012 Champions League final, both sides, under the stewardship of new managers, will be looking to claim the prestigious trophy, with Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola renewing old rivalries from their spells in charge of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Chelsea boss Mourinho has never won the European Super Cup, despite leading FC Porto and Inter Milan to Champions League success in 2004 and 2010.

The Blues arrive in the Czech Republic without new signings Willian or Samuel Eto'o, but injured duo David Luiz and Tomas Kalas have travelled with the senior squad despite yet making an appearance in 2013/14.

Check out the predicted Chelsea starting XI for Friday night's match against Bayern Munich, and feel free to share your alternative line-up's in the comment box below.

CHELSEA XI: Cech; Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Cole; Ramires, Lampard; Hazard, Oscar, Mata; Torres.
