Tottenham are seeking to add to the £110m they have already spent in the summer transfer window by adding Blackpool winger Thomas Ince before Deadline Day on Monday.

Spurs have already smashed their transfer record three times this summer as they go about building a squad capable of breaking into the top four with Gareth Bale’s departure all but confirmed.

The north London club have added the likes of Etienne Capoue, Christian Eriksen, Nacer Chadli and Vlad Chiriches to record buys Paulinho, Roberto Soldado and Erik Lamela.

Now according to the Daily Mail they are looking to further add to their ranks with an £8 million deal for Thomas Ince.

The young winger was a target for Liverpool last summer and could have moved to Cardiff earlier in this transfer window, only to turn down the offer in order to stay in the north west.

The Daily Mail claim that Everton are also interested in securing his services, but Tottenham are in talks for the 21-year-old and could be set to snap him up.

Blackpool would like to retain Ince, whose father Paul is manager at Bloomfield Road, for another season and Tottenham could loan him back to the Championship side until next summer.
