Yesterday we recapped the top 10 most expensive players of the 2013 summer window - and we're back today to bring the top 10 biggest spending clubs.

From Real Madrid to Shakhtar Donetsk, we've got all the top spenders in Europe covered - including three Premier League clubs.

There's a couple from Eastern Europe and even further afield - but no Anzhi this year. In fact, the formerly big-spending Russian club were among the biggest sellers this window as they looked to slash their wage bill.

In a summer that saw Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer record shattered, there was bound to be a few clubs above the £100m mark - four this summer, in fact.
