Neymar scores solo stunner against Portugal

Neymar is still finding his feet with Barcelona - but the 21-year-old has looked settled with the Brazilian national team for some time now.

The star of the show during this summer's Confederations Cup picked up from where he left off on Tuesday night: scoring a fabulous solo effort in an international friendly against Portugal.

After picking up the ball deep in the opposition half, Neymar darted towards goal, breezing through the Portuguese defence before firing the ball into the back of the net.

It was another moment of genius from one of the world's most promising young footballers, who cost Barcelona £48.6m after completing his move from Santos in June.

And it took his tally to 26 goals from just 42 international appearances - leaving him six goals behind Tostao and Ademir for a place on Brazil's top 10 goalscorers list.

Will he eventually overtake the likes of Romario and Ronaldo? Can he surpass Pele as Brazil's all-time top goalscorer? Have your say below.
