Mesut Ozil has been pictured at Arsenal's training ground for the first time after his £42.5 million transfer on deadline day, ahead of his debut for the Gunners this weekend.
The German international made his way to north London from Real Madrid on the final day of the transfer window, and could make his first start for the club at the Stadium of Light against Sunderland on Saturday.
Anticipation amongst Arsenal fans is high ahead of the 24-year-old's debut and ahead of their game this weekend the club's official Twitter feed posted a picture of the playmaker's first trip to his new London Colney home.
Ozil has been away on international duty since completing his move to the Gunners, scoring and setting up a goal for new team-mate Per Mertesacker in Germany's 3-0 win over the Faroe Islands on Tuesday.
Arsenal go into the game on a high following their last Premier League win against rivals Tottenham.
