Ronaldo crunches Bale - then is nutmegged up by his new rival

Well, well, well, it seems as though Ronaldo really isn't happy with Gareth Bale taking his mantle as the most expensive player of all time.

Bale attended his first ever training session as a Real Madrid player earlier this week, and beforehand he just so happened to meet Ronaldo outside in a horribly staged photo opportunity.

The pair were all smiles then but on the training pitch Ronaldo seemed intent on initiating the Welshman.

In training ground game of Rondo, Pepe and Ronaldo are in the middle with the likes of Bale, Luka Modric and Zinedine Zidane trying to keep the ball away from them.

First Ronaldo plants a fairly hefty challenge on Bale's ankle, then when the game starts up again the former Spurs ace slips the ball through his new team-mates legs much to the delight of everyone around him. Indeed everyone seemed to find it funny, except Ronaldo himself.
