Tottenham predicted lineup v Norwich City

Much has changed at White Hart Lane since Spurs last took to the field in north London.

Gareth Bale completed his move to Real Madrid just hours after defeat to Arsenal, while Andre Villas-Boas shipped out the likes of Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Scott Parker and Tom Carroll as the deadline neared.

The Tottenham boss urged the club's fans to be patient with £30m signing Erik Lamela. The Argentine made his debut against Arsenal from the substitutes bench, but the visit of Norwich could offer the perfect opportunity to introduce him to the Spurs supporters from the off in friendlier surroundings.

Another creative playmaker set for a home debut is Christian Eriksen - the Danish playmaker could be a crucial player in Tottenham's lineup this season.

Roberto Soldado has hit the ground running with a couple of penalties, but a lack of service from open play has left him looking a little isolated up front.

Villas-Boas hopes Lamela and Eriksen will change this, and this Saturday's match could be the first opportunity to see the attacking trio in action - although his pre-match press conference suggested the Argentine may only make the bench.

That means Andros Townsend is likely to start again for Spurs on the right wing, with Eriksen and Nacer Chadli behind Soldado.

There's no need for two defensive midfielders at home to Norwich, so expect to see either Paulinho or Sandro alongside Mousa Dembele. We've gone for Paulinho and Dembele - Sandro a little too defensive for this one.

Check out the predicted Spurs XI

Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Rose, Paulinho, Dembele, Eriksen, Chadli, Townsend, Soldado
