Overview: Crystal Palace really don't look like a Premier League team on paper. Ian Holloway is a great man-motivator, but his 15 signings in the transfer window will need time to gel. It could be a very long season at Selhurst Park.

Predicted finish: 20th

Key player: Mile Jedinak - a born leader, he inspired his team's play-off final win against Watford, despite carrying a knock throughout the entire game.

One to watch: Dwight Gayle - a hard-working, strong and fast striker, he possesses all the traits to be a success in the Prem. Palace turned a few heads when they signed him for a hefty undisclosed fee, but the striker has looked lively so far this season scoring once in four games.
