The self-proclaimed 'Special One' has returned to Chelsea for a second spell with the Premier League team.

The Portuguese manager endeared himself to Blues fans after unprecedented success at the club during 2004-2007 , when the club won the Premier League twice, one FA Cup and two League Cups.

Chelsea supporters have welcomed Mourinho back with open arms and the Blues faithful are hoping he can deliver more silverware during his second stint at Stamford Bridge.

After their 1-0 defeat against Everton in a Premier League clash last weekend, Mourinho said that Chelsea are "not unbeatable" and warned that his return to the Bridge may not bring the club instant success.

Mourinho is not the only Premier League manager to return a top flight team in an attempt to replicate success from the first time around.
