Manchester United 9-2 Manchester City

Manchester United fans may have been reeling after their side were thrashed 4-1 by Manchester City in the derby on Sunday, but it wasn't all bad for them last weekend.

The Old Trafford club's official television channel showed video footage on the Paddy Crerand show of a Manchester United supporters team taking on a side made up of fans of the sky blue rivals.

The physiques on show weren't quite the same as we saw at the Etihad Stadium a couple of days ago, neither was the quality of the football, but it appeared an intriguing game nonetheless.

Manchester United were by far the superior set of fans though and were comfortable 9-2 winners in the end - the presenter claims three of those were own goals by Manchester City.

While it may not be enough to completely heal the hurts of the 4-1 defeat, it should at least bring a smile to the face of most Red Devils fans - watch the goals above.
