England under-21 duo Ravel Morrison and Wilfried Zaha were involved in a somewhat unsavoury spat on Tuesday evening, as the West Ham and Manchester United starlets were caught scrapping during the encounter with Lithuania.

The young pair had to be pulled apart after engaging in a shoving match midway through the second-half of the 5-0 victory at Portman Road, and manager Gareth Southgate has now urged them to settle their differences.

It remains unclear what the trigger for the incident was on the edge of the opposition box, with both players having performed to distinction for England's youngsters in a convincing 5-0 victory.

The clash between Morrison and Zaha, who could have been Manchester United teammates had Sir Alex Ferguson not given up on the former, has encouraged GMS to trawl the archives and highlight fracas of a similar nature.
