Lionel Messi has hinted that he is nearing a return from a groin injury that has kept him out of the last two games.

Barcelona's main man has been struggling with the injury he sustained against Almeria last month and missed the Champions League tie against Celtic as well as the La Liga win over Real Valladolid.

The 26-year-old was also forced to miss out on Argentina's international matches against Peru and Uruguay.

But the Barcelona manager Gerrado Martino could be ready for a big boost ahead of the team's game against Osasuna after Messi revealed on his Instagram account that he is ready for a return.

Messi resumed full-training with the Blaugrana during the international break and, according to his Instagram, he is available for selection.

The Nou Camp star wrote: "Ready to come back," along side the above picture.

Although winning both games without him, Barcelona are set for a massive boost if Messi returns as the little Argentine has already scored 11 goals in just nine appearences so far this season.
