It's that time of year once again, when arguably the best sports game on the market is receiving widespread praise for its incredible gameplay, remarkable likeness and superbly detailed and varied career options.

But whereas NBA 2K14 has already been released on existing platforms, excitement is really beginning to build over the prospect of playing the game on the next generation of consoles - namely the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

In preparation for the game's scheduled arrival in late November, 2K have given fans a stimulating example of what is to come with a trailer that shows off the truly awesome graphics that have gone into the latest title.

Set to the dulcet tones of Phil Collins' timeless 'In the air tonight', the video features Miami Heat superstar LeBron James - who is the face of the franchise - in action on the court along with other high-profile names such as Kevin Durant, James Harden, Kobe Bryant and Derrick Rose.

Watch footage of the sublime and hugely exciting trailer above. It looks stunning, I'm sure you will agree.
