Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to move to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth around £100 million, according to The Sun

The Real Madrid forward has reportedly been having French lessons ahead of a potential move to PSG next summer.

And, despite having recently signed a new long-term deal at the Bernabeu, Ronaldo is ready for a new challenge in France.

The Portuguese star is currently the world's best paid player sitting on £288,000-a-week, however should he move to Ligue 1, he will further increase his wage.

Ronaldo was a summer target for Premier League champions Manchester United, as the Red Devils looked to bring him back to Old Trafford.

However, it now looks unlikely that David Moyes' side will be reunited with the superstar as he now looks set for a move to France.

The star scored from the penalty spot as Real Madrid beat Malaga 2-0 in La Liga yesterday.
