Chelsea captain John Terry has sold his former home for a whopping £5.25 million, having moved in to an even more stunning mansion he had constructed in the back garden.
The house had been on the market since 2010, and Terry has been advised to drop the asking price, but the Daily Mail reports that the property has now been sold following a relative recent housing boom.
Terry's new home, meanwhile, was built in grounds previously part of his recently sold property, and is situated next to a man-made fishing lake the Blues centre-back had commissioned, and took three months to install.
Along with the enormous lake, the property can boast nine bedrooms, eight dressing and bathrooms, a swimming pool and a sauna.
There is also a private cinema in the house, which is a short drive from Chelsea's training ground in Cobham, Surrey.
Terry, meanwhile, is expected to start for Chelsea in their Champions League clash with Schalke on Wednesday night, with the Stamford Bridge club in desperate need for three points.
