We're live at Wembley Stadium this evening for the second NFL international series game between the win-less Jacksonvile Jaguars and the San Francisco 49ers.

We'll bring you live updates from the match quarter-by-quarter as Colin Kaepernick and co look to record their sixth win of the season.

Unfortunately, you will need to refresh the page each time.

Jacksonville Jaguars (0-7) v San Francisco 49ers (5-2)

The 49ers receive and promptly fumble - fortunately a quick-thinking 49er jumps on the ball and they retain possession.

TOUCHDOWN - Quarterback Kaepernick leads Jim Harbaugh's side down the field - thanks largely to a 43-yard pass to fullback Bruce Miller - before Frank Gore powers in a 19-yard touchdown run with eight minutes gone in the first quarter.

Jags’ quarterback Chad Henne is struggling to get anything going, and another four-and-out hands possession back to the 49ers.

Kaepernick wastes no time getting down into the red zone, a 21-yard pass to Anquin Boldin and a couple of read option runs putting the 49ers in prime scoring position.

TOUCHDOWN - And Kaepernick uses his feet again to put up the second score of the game, darting to his left to stroll home for another 49ers touchdown.

With one quarter gone, it doesn’t look good for the win-less Jags – they’re already 14 points down.

End of first quarter

The Jaguars cannot stop Kaepernick on the run. The 49ers quarterback is carving them up, and runs for another big first down at the start of the second quarter.

TOUCHDOWN - A quick dart to Boldin, and they’re down to the 2-yard line. Kaepernick flips the ball up to tight-end Vernon Davis and the number 85 tip-toes into the back corner of the end zone. It’s too easy.

So far, the highlight for Gus Bradley’s side has been the popularity of their mascot – Jaxson da Ville. He bungee jumped into the stadium at kick-off and has been busy running about the stadium firing up the crowd ever since. A Super Bowl-worthy mascot, even if his team isn’t.

All of a sudden Vernon Davis has arrived to the party. The speedy tight-end is found on a 32-yard pass before the Jags leave him wide open again to collect his third catch of the day. He’s a match-up nightmare for the Jags’ linebackers.

TOUCHDOWN - And this isn’t nice for the poor Jags. Because Kaepernick caps a 6-play, 63-yard drive with a nine-yard touchdown run to put the 49ers 28-0 up. We’re midway through the second quarter – this could get very ugly.

But hold on a second! With two minutes left in the first half, the Jags finally start to get it going – Henne completes a couple of passes to Cecil Shorts III and they drive deep into 49er territory.

A touchdown was still always optimistic, and the Jaguars settle for a field goal. Something to take into the second half at least.

HALF-TIME – Jacksonville Jaguars 3-28 San Francisco 49ers

The Jags receive to start the second half, and Maurice Jones-Drew breaks open a big 32-yard run to put his side in the red zone. He's had a rough season, but that was the Jones-Drew of old.

They go for it on fourth down twice, and while the first succeeds, the second fails. Still, just three points on the board for the Jags. Sad face.

A Frank Gore fumble gives the Jags excellent field position on the 49ers 30-yard line. And what do you know, they score!

TOUCHDOWN - Henne throws a beautiful spiral into the far corner of the end zone for Mike Brown. Looks like a busted coverage from the 49ers point of view.

It doesn't take them long to get back in the Jaguars half, though as a 41-yard run by Kendall Hunter puts the 49ers in scoring territory again.

TOUCHDOWN - Frank Gore jabs the ball over the plane for another 49er touchdown and this game is as good as over.

End of the third quarter - Jacksonville Jaguars 10-35 San Francisco 49ers

TOUCHDOWN - When it rains, it pours. The Jags look like setting up a nice drive, but Mercedes Lewis coughs up the ball and the 49ers return it for a touchdown.

At least that gives them another possession. And with time ticking down, the Jags worked their way into the red zone for only the second time in the game.

In ends in familiar fashion – a turnover on downs after another failed fourth down attempt. The 49ers bring in their back-up offence with five minutes to play, and they’ll look to run as much clock as possible.

Cue a mass exodus from the stadium.

Colt McCoy and Kendall Hunter take five minutes off the clock, and that's the ball-game here in London.

Another high-scoring NFL game for the British public - not quite as competitive as the Vikings-Steelers match-up last month, but the 49ers are one of the best teams in the league. As for the Jags, we'll they're not.

Still, they'll be back next year for one of three games - possibly with a new franchise draft pick.

FULL-TIME – Jacksonville Jaguars 10-42 San Francisco 49ers
