It's no surprise to see Xavi was at his most valuable mid-way through Spain's World Cup winning campaign.

The Barcelona star was the heartbeat of that great side. Having won Euro 2008, the Champions League in 2009 and La Liga in 2009 and 2010, he was playing at the highest level for one of the most successful club sides of all-time.

Now 33-years-old, his potential transfer value has slumped.
