Eden Hazard was dropped from the Chelsea side after missing a train from Lille to London, which led to him missing training, reports Sky Sports

After being the guest of honour for his former club Lillie in their 2-0 victory over Monaco this past weekend, the 22-year-old winger was expected to train for the Blues on Monday.

However, after missing his train back to London, the Belgian ace did not return to the club in time for the session.

The Belgian star was then left out of Mourinho's side that beat German outfit Schalke in the Champions League last night.

Mourinho has already suggested his winger will be back playing for the club this weekend, but after his omission last night, Hazard will certainly be keeping a closer eye on the train timetable in the future.

Mourinho's side play host to West Brom this weekend and will be hoping to return to winning ways in the Premier League after losing 2-0 to Newcastle last time out.
