Sporting Lisbon youngster William Carvalho is wanted by Juventus, reports talkSPORT.
Premier League duo Manchester United and Chelsea have both been credited with interest for the starlet, however, according to sources in Portugal, the Italian giants are now keen to make a move for the 21-year-old.
The defensive-midfielder, who has been likened to former Arsenal midfielder Patrick Vieira, has excelled in Portugal this season and now is wanted by Europe's elite clubs.
With Juventus now in the race for Carvalho, United and Chelsea may now step up in their pursuit of the youngster.
David Moyes is desperate to bring a new midfielder to Old Trafford as Marouane Fellaini has so far struggled to settle at the Theatre of Dreams.
However, Moyes will have to battle with Mourinho, as the Blues boss is putting together one of the finest young squads in Europe at Stamford Bridge.
The three clubs interested in his services may well have to pay his buyout clause of up to €45 million.
