Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic is in line to play for the Red Devils against Cardiff City this weekend, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The Serbian international, who had to come off with concussion against Arsenal in United's last fixture, was a doubt for this weekend's clash, however he now looks likely to lead the Red Devils out at the Cardiff City Stadium.
This will come as a major boost for David Moyes as Phil Jones is currently out with injury and looks set to miss United's next couple of fixtures.
Vidic has played a key role in helping Manchester United return to form in recent weeks and Moyes will now be hoping his skipper stays fit for the Red Devils' up coming clashes.
United currently sit five points behind league leaders Arsenal and will be desperate for a victory in south Wales this Sunday.
Manchester United's attentions will then turn to Champions League action as Moyes takes his side to Germany to take on Bayer Leverkusen.
