Roy Keane starting alongside Patrick Vieria in midfield, Wayne Rooney in attack just behind Didier Drogba with Nemanja Vidic and John Terry marshalling the back line from the heart of defence.

The above partnerships are all pairings that we would have loved to seen during their careers in the Premier League.

The likes of Keane and Vieria were enemies on the football pitch, as they were top professionals who would do anything in order for their side to claim three points on a Saturday.

We have decided to list 10 Premier League partnerships that we have all tried to create on games such as FIFA and Football Manager.

Our only criteria was that all the players had to have played in the Premier League for more than three years and during the current century.
