FC Porto have developed a keen interest in Manchester United star Anderson and are intent on bringing him back to the club, according to sources in Portugal.
A Bola reports that the Red Devils' reject tops the list of targets for the Primera Liga giants in the January transfer window and, with David Moyes looking to offload the 25-year-old, they could be in with a chance of getting him.
Anderson left Porto to join Premier League champions United 2007 for £24million but has never really managed to fulfil his potential at Old Trafford.
If recent speculation is to be believed then the Brazilian midfielder could find himself on the way out in the transfer window, as part of a cull of flops set to be instigated by Moyes following an indifferent start to the season.
Rumours of a loan move to Fulham have been rife in recent weeks, but it's far more feasible to imagine Anderson returning to his old club on a permanent deal.
