Manchester United to launch bid for Fulham duo

Manchester United are keen on bringing Fulham academy starlets Patrick Roberts and Moussa Dembele to Old Trafford, according to

The Premier League champions and Liverpool are said to have made enquiries for the highly sought-after teenager.

Fulham have agreed terms with Roberts to sign a professional deal when he turns 17 next year, which means United will have to pay the west London side a fee if he was to depart Craven Cottage.

Englanf Under-17 attacking midfielder Roberts can play in a number of positions, including on the right wing and just behind the main striker. claims Manchester United are willing to pay in the region of £1million in order to sign Roberts.

David Moyes' side are also said to be readying a bid for Fulham striker Dembele - who has been dubbed the 'new Didier Drogba'.

Dembele, who has made one appearance for Fulham's senior side, moved to the Premier League from Paris Saint-Germain in 2012.
