Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have been handed a boost in the race to sign Claudio Marchisio, according to the Daily Express.

Reports in Italy suggest Juventus could cash in on their €30million-rated midfielder Marchisio.

Serie A giants Juventus are said to be willing to sell their star player following their shock exit from the Champions League, which has alerted the attention of Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Manchester United were linked with a summer move for the 27-year-old but did not make an official bid for the Juventus star.

Chelsea and Liverpool are also said to be keen on luring the Italian international to the Premier League.

And all three Premier League sides could land the established midfielder in January due to Juventus' premature exit.

Juventus manager Antonio Conte's side will lose an estimated £17million - due to their exclusion from the last 16 of the Champions League.

Juventus stars Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente, Sebastian Giovinco, Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba are all staying in Turin - according to Tuttosport - however Marchisio could leave the Juventus Stadium.
