Eliaquim Mangala has all the makings of a terrific defender, having established himself as a mainstay in Porto's defence.
He recently broke on to the international scene with France and has attracted the interest of a number of clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City.
However, Porto, who are renowned for their ability to sell their stars for the biggest possible fee, have set a £40m asking price on the 22-year-old's head.
If anyone is going to sign Mangala, it's going to be a big spender, making Oil-backed Manchester City and Chelsea favourites.
