Ravel Morrison is reported to have informed West Ham of a desire to reunite with former Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen before the close of the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old is enjoying a breakthrough season at Upton Park and his superb performances have led to speculation that the Hammers may consider cashing-in to provide extra funds to reinforce their depleted squad.
Fulham have been credited with interest in Morrison and, according to Goal.com, the England under-21 midfielder has spoken to Sam Allardyce to request a transfer to Craven Cottage.
Morrison would receive a pay increase upon a move to Fulham and also link-up once again with Meulensteen, having worked under the Cottagers manager during their time together at Manchester United.
A return to Old Trafford has also been mentioned as a possibility for Morrison as David Moyes strives desperately to arrest the Premier League champions' slide with some acquisitions before the transfer deadline.
