Manchester United boss David Moyes has a £200 million warchest to rebuild his side, reports The Daily Mail.
The Red Devils have had a nightmare start to the season having been dumped out of the FA Cup in just the third round and sitting in seventh place in the Premier League
However - with additions to the squad needed - it now seems the Manchester United hierarchy are prepared to hand Moyes as much as £200m in order to turn things around at the Theatre of Dreams.
However, with top targets unlikely to arrive in this current transfer window, it's likely the United boss will spend the majority of his funds in the summer window.
The Manchester United manager has identified Borussia Dortmund ace Marco Reus as his No.1 target and it's expected that United will have to pay the German outfit in excess of £30m in order to land the star.
The Red Devils boss wants to bring in a new striker, two central-midfielders, a left-back and a centre-back as he goes in search of improving his squad.
Manchester United's immediate focus will be on their Capital One Clash semi-final tonight as they travel to the Stadium of Light to take on Sunderland.
