Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who is currently spending his third season on loan at Atletico Madrid, produced a superb individual performance during Tuesday night's Copa del Rey last 16 tie against Valencia.

The 21-year-old pulled off a string of fantastic saves, including the three world-class stops shown in the video at the top of the page, to help Atletico record a 1-1 draw.

Courtois was eventually beaten in stoppage time by Valencia striker Helder Postiga - but it was still an individual display of the highest calibre from the Belgium international, who has made a habit of saving Atleti on numerous occasions over the past two-and-a-half campaigns.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho faces a difficult decision in the summer. Does he stick with the experienced Petr Cech, or hand the No. 1 jersey over to Courtois, who was named as the best goalkeeper in La Liga for the 2012/13 campaign?

The Belgian has made it clear that he had no intention to return to Stamford Bridge to sit on the bench, leaving Mourinho with a major dilemma.
