Can the no.6 seed New Orleans Saints make it two on the road, or will the top-seeded Seattle Seahawks advance to the NFC Championship game?

This game is a repeat of the Week 13 match-up and the Saints will be hoping to fair better this time out after suffering a 34-7 loss in December.

With the Seahawks entering the game with a 15-1 home record over the past two years Seahawks coach Pete Carroll is aware of the threat of complacency:

“I think it’s common knowledge and human nature that you would like to think it’s going to be the same, but we know better than that”,

“We need to respect this opportunity for what it is. It’s a great championship matchup for us, and they’re going to come loaded up and give us a great football game.”

Speaking to Saints defensive coordinator, Rob Ryan discussed plans to contain Seahawks QB Russell Wilson:

“I think we have to get pressure on him.We have to attack the pocket and we have to do a better job of keeping him contained.

“When we came on all out pressure he made the throws and we didn’t quite execute the coverage. It made for an awfully long evening out there and we are looking to do better than that and we will.”

WR Percy Harvin has said he expects to play Saturday while Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis participated fully in practice Wednesday.
